<p>Probably better off in the University of Texas Austin forum, but our daughter had decided on this complex and was super excited about it. She was going into a single and had already started shopping for stuff, then (thank goodness before signing her lease) was elected into a position in her sorority that requires that she live in the house. So she will not moving there this year, but will be on the top of the list for the next year if she doesn’t continue with position. I hope it will be a quality place to live and not turn into a Towers or J26.</p>
