<p>My friends and I are going with Vista Del Campo. I've got some friends living there and I checked out their places and it's pretty nice.</p>
<p>I heard Campus Village is pretty bad, and that Vista Del Campo is nearly perfect. can anyone list the positives of Campus Village though, if there are any? Also the pricing in Vista Del Campo is pretty expensive, and that is probably the only reason why I'm not automatically jumping towards that option.</p>
<p>Is there much of a difference between Vista Del Campo and Vista Del Campo Norte?</p>

Negatives of CV: everything else</p>
<p>Er...could you be more specific about the negatives? Are the rooms smelly and old? Are the people loud and destructive? Is there random dog poop all over the place?</p>

<p>And also. Is the Campus Village only assigned to a year plan (June-June), or can it also be a academic year plan (Spetember-June)? I checked on the website, and they provided two answers (One said only year plan, and one mentioned both year plan and academic year plan)and I am a bit confused.</p>
