Can you tell us your major?
UC’s are very GPA focused and SAT score is on the low side.
Freshman admits for UC GPA of 3.40-3.79
UCB: 2%
UCLA: 3%
UCSD: 6%
UCD: 11%
UCSB: 13%
UCI: 16%
UCSC: 47%
UCR: 64%
UCM: 80%
Unfortunately a lot of the schools you’re applying to don’t give as much weight to ECs or the essay. You might consider adding a few good Cal state schools (which better match your scores) like Long Beach or Fullerton or even Cal Poly SLO or Pomona to the list, OR add a few more LACs (who will care about your ECs and essay) into the mix.
All the UC’s on your list are Reaches based on GPA and test scores, along with USD and Pitzer for the California schools. I would apply to UCSC and UCR if you want to attend a UC. You need to come up with a more realistic list by checking the common dataset for all schools of interest. You want your GPA and test scores to be above the 50th percentile to have a decent chance at an acceptance.
SLO is not likely either but that will be major dependent.
