<p>I transferred with a 3.5 so it certainly wouldn’t be any sort of cut off.</p>
<p>were you in state though?</p>
<p>Does it make a difference for me as a transfer from out of state… decrease my chances to a good public?</p>
<p>Yeah, I think they want something like 2/3 in state transfers or something (The number could be off, but I’m pretty sure they want to maintain a certain ratio instate:OOS)</p>
