I need to take 3 SAT II's in order to transfer for the 2006-2007 school year.
Which are some of the generally easier ones? I've had 6 years of Spanish, 2 of Calculus, 3 years of both bio and chem, 2 of college level English literature, 2 of European history. So basically, I'm fairly well versed I just need to pick classes that I can score the highest on. I also am retaking to SAT I. Thanks a lot to all who respond. Also, how does SATII math compare to SAT I math?

It sounds like you should have no problem w/ any of them, as long as your grades in those classes are pretty good.

You should do fine in Spanish, Math IIC (goes up to precalc...you might need to refresh), Bio, Chem, & Literature. European History is only a part of the World History test, so I suggest you choose 3 of the other ones.

So...

-Spanish
-Math Level 2
-Bio
-Chem
-Lit

I think you should take the math + only one of the sciences (unless it would make a huge score difference if you took lit instead of say chem.)

You should definitely take the Math IIC. Since you've taken two college level literature courses, you should take Lit as well. To be rounded, you should add a science to that; Bio is probably your best bet.

thx alot guys

Ok, I have significant college credit in all of these courses, so are the SAT II's required? I have 6 english, chem, bio, spanish, and history credits. I'm not sure about math yet, the IB math test is really hard. So would the taking of the SAT II tests be redundant?

Math IIC is good.

I am going to take it as my last and final test... one hour... w00t.

ok, thx.....alot

Math IC is harder than SAT math, but Math IIC is easier.
In my mathematically oriented opinion:

Top 3 easiest

Math Level 2
Physics
Math Level 1

What is the three easiest sat II to prepare for during the summer???

I took physics which was wicked easy. I omitted 7 and got a 780- just make sure you're solid on the stuff you do know and dont guess on the stuff you don't.

Also, a word of advice about Spanish. There is essential no margin for error, and there are a lot of native speakers who take it- I was psyched for my 680 until I found out it was 60th percentile.

Math IC is the probably the hardest SATII because you have to be perfect. Like on the SAT math but to a greater extent because the questions are a bit harder (or rather, more hard questions). The science SATIIs are easy because they're knowledge based. History too, though there is more thinking involved probably, though I can't be sure since I've never taken one. Math IC though, is like the SAT. Not IF you can do the problems, but if you can do them QUICKLY and PERFECTLY.

Take Math IIC, I think.
