3 sciences?? please help!!

I have taken 2 subject tests already. I took the bio in 9th grade and recieved a 720. I took chem in 10th and recieved a 720 as well. I plan on taking one more test this year as a junior and i was wondering if it would be ok to take physics. I think i can do pretty well on it because i took a practice test and did well. Would taking 3 science tests look bad to colleges. I do plan on majoring in something that has to do with science so I'm not sure if i should take a different test. My first choice in colleges right now is Georgetown. I was also wondering if on the physics test there is a reference table or sheet with formulas becasue it didnt look like it in the book i bought. ANy suggestions or opinions would be awesome

I don't believe you get a reference sheet of any kind on the physics sat 2. Everything you need to know (constants, sin/cos values) are provided in the problems if necessary. And you have to memorize formulas.

You should take Math IIc if you havent already...but if you think you can score good in physics, then take it

u took sat II for bio w/o ap bio? what did u take in 9th grade, honors bio?

and u took sat II chem with only honors chem or did u take AP chem in 10th?

or are u just super smart that u can teach urself the advanced parts of each subject on your own? haha

well i took SAT II chem with just normal chem and scored 750. it's not like its required that you take honors or ap to get a good score

The Sat IIs are designed to only cover the high school covered material. AP=College course class (aka meaning not necessary to graduate high school).
I'm not too sure why you would need AP Bio to cover the SATII Bio.

my 9th grade bio class was a regents living environment class and 10th grade chem was advanced chem class but not ap or anything. Does anyone know if taking only 3 science tests is a bad idea?

dont take only 3 science tests (or 2 sciences and a math). The colleges see you as one-dimensional, even if that's what you're the best at. Take a math, a science, and a humanity (either english or history). Then, take whatever else you want to: language, another science, etc.

@DeltaRoyale

You're wrong. Colleges coulnd't care less about SAT II's other than that you took enough depends on college) and got a decent score.

I would advise against 3 SAT II's in science though still. There's nothing wrong with 2 sciences and math.

If you're taking AP exams in non-math/science courses then that is enough for colleges to know that you are a one trick pony. No need to take history SAT I's or lit or languages.
