Hi, everyone.

Well, I'm going to be taking one of the science SAT IIs, but I have no clue which one to take. I'm looking to score 750+.

I feel like I'm equally good at all 3 subjects, so which one would you guys recommend? I'm not sure how much I'm going to be able to prep.

Thank you!

Which courses did you take, and in which years? Were any APs?

Physics has the most generous curve.

I took honors biology sophomore year, and too semesters of chemistry at a local university junior year (entering senior year).

I’m taking physics this fall at the university.

Wow, I just realized I used the wrong form of two. That’s impressive.

I recommend taking Chemistry… which one do you feel most comfortable taking?

That’s just it. I’m not sure since I feel equally good at the three subjects.

Get the CB SAT 2 book that has 1 test from every subject. Take all 3 sciences. Then decide based on that.

Bio I hear is probably the easiest because its basically all memorizing. Chem and Physics are a little bit more complex, but Physics has the best curve

I believe bio has the new sat2 in may June 2013. Chem will change on may June 2014, I believe. So take chem now in June so u have old tests to study off of.

I’ve decided on chemistry because of the two semesters of it. I’m pretty sure I can review enough to get a good score.

Thanks to everyone that posted!

Do some practice tests and you will see which one you can score better. Have you registered already? You can make changes at the spot. You know you can take up to 3 subject tests in one day, so you may actually choose more than one and decide later if you want to keep all the scores or cancel some. It seems you will be major in science or engineering, if that is the case, make sure you take Math2 also if you have not done so. Register as early as possible. Unlike SAT1, it is very common that a center is full and you may have to drive to the next town for subject test.

Yeah, I’m registered and I’m taking Math II as well. I know my testing center, and I seriously doubt that it’s full hahaha.
