4.3 vs 4.0 GPA

Our school just adopted the new 4.3 scale this past year.
Honestly, this is one of the worst decisions the board has made because I never get any A+s so now my GPA looks terrible.
Which scale does your school go by?
Will colleges take the 4.3 scale into consideration as opposed to the 4.0 scale when reporting GPA?

Colleges will either use your unweighted GPA or recalculate it using their own scale so that everyone is equal regardless of how their school weights

Colleges weigh it on their own scale, it doesn’t matter what scale your school uses.
