4 Free Score Reports to Colleges?

I signed up for the June SAT Reasoning test and it gave me an email about this.

Is there any benefit in sending 4 free score reports to colleges (other than saving like $10)?
It says that it shows early interest...is that really true? Im only a junior so I dont even know if the colleges have a file on me...

Also, if it is a good thing to send these score reports, should I send it to a safety/match school or a reach school? And with the new Score Choice, do I have to send all my scores or just some of my scores (I have taken 3 SAT II tests and 1 SAT and I only want to send my SAT IIs as I am retaking the SAT). However, the problem is that I dont know which colleges use Score Choice and which dont, so i might accidentally send these score reports to a college that requre all scores...meaning i have to resend.

Also, this goes with the NMSF thing too...i got a form that said I can send my name + scores to 2 colleges...as it shows demonstrated interest. Is this really true about interest? Are you telling me that if I send my scores early to MIT, Ill have shown interest? I dont see why top colleges would care if you send it in early or not, as a sign of interest is applying to the colleges itself...

Thanks? Anyone have experience? Same situation?

Anybody with advice?
