<p>Have you taken the ACT before? If so, then focus on the subjects you most want to improve. Then read a few of the threads on CC about the ACT. It seems alot of smart kids get hung up on the science section, by spending too much time reading the problems before going to the questions when many can be answered just by looking at the graphs. </p>
<p>Then, plan to spend an hour or two each day doing real ACT questions with time limits to get you used to the pace. Review the scoring- it’s different than the SAT. No penalty for wrong answers.</p>
<p>Good luck- hey today is a Holiday- you could get 5+ hours of study in today alone (if you don’t spend too much time on CC).</p>
