54 credits do I need SAT scores

<p>Ive completed 54 credits at the School of Visual Arts. I want to transfer to CUNY. Should I send my sat scores anyway? I read that:
"Your high school/secondary school record will be considered if you have completed fewer than 30
college credits."
and
"SAT/ACT scores are required if you have earned less than 30 college credits."</p>

<p>Should I send my SAT scores and my High School transcript anyway even though I have 54 college credits?</p>
