<p>Could this be in merit scholarships?</p>
<p>but why put them under Financial Aid? And that is a lot of merit scholarships!</p>
<p>Could it also include “international” students, in other words kids who HAVE US citizenship but have been educated overseas?</p>
<p>“Financial aid” could be need or merit based. Check the definitions that they’re using.</p>
