I'm aiming for Ivies as a Canadian student. Is this an acceptable score and, more importantly, will it keep me out?

Other objective data:
-2200 SAT Reasoning superscore
-top 2%
-94% average, as of right now

Any advice or input is much appreciated. I'm kind of freaking out.

If you’re applying for regular admissions, I’d say you have a fairly high chance of landing at least one of the Ivies, seeing that you are from Canada. Your academics seem sufficient; it will all depend on your extracurriculars and your (hopefully) mind-blowing freakin awesome essays

“seeing that you are from Canada” < do American universities give preference to Canadian applicants? If so, why?

I listed 7 extracurriculars on the Common app, all of which are meaningful & am doing at the moment. I have 250 volunteering hrs, is this good?

I think my essays will be fairly strong. I have really high standards but because I don’t know what everyone else’s standards are, I can’t accurately say how good my essays are.

well remember, Canadian students are considered in the “international” pool, so your direct competition would not be American students but people from all over the world. And to my knowledge (thought of course, since I’m not an admissions officer, I can’t be sure) some universities set aside specific “quotas” for students (though this practice has been deemed unfair and subject to numerous lawsuits/appeals in recent years) based on nationality, ethnic group, and level of income.

I know Canadian students are considered international, but how is this beneficial? A lot of CCers say that being international will significantly lower an applicant’s chances b/c schools have a tiny quota for internationals.
