770 Physics

Is that score good enough for Ivies. I've heard many different opinions, but I dont know if the 750+ is really enough nowadays due to all the competition.

Im wondering because I'm still deciding if I should take Chem in 2 weeks or not... so if this score suffices then I would not since I already have a science.

No, sorry.
Harvard will only look at you if you get 900+.

Too bad…

^ epic fail in so many ways…

750 is an excellent score, especially on physics.

^
lol
Go play Halo or something…

A 770 will not limit or decrease your chances of admission. If you think you can do at least as well (or close) in Chemistry, then take it. You don’t have much to lose, except some time and money.

I know that 770=800 at MIT (they aren’t as good at math as you think)

your physics score is really good…but you should take chem too. having both won’t hurt

that’s a great score for any school

Sure a 770 is good enough, if by “good enough” you mean it won’t get you rejected. But, in reality, there is no such thing as “good enough” if you mean a score so high that it is an automatic acceptance. There are 730s that get in and 800s that get rejected because there are so many other variables.

the reason why im hesitant about taking chem is because if i do get a significantly worse score, then the colleges that require you to send all scores (yale, stanford) will see that low score. therefore, I am dwelling on this decision a lot
