790 on Math IIC?? Bad?

<p>re: smokeylarue's joke about 750 being a bad score on the chinese sat II, my gc said that college board is thinking about ending the chinese and korean sat II's because of the ludicrious curves on these two tests due to native speakers. Anyone know if there is any truth to this?</p>

<p>It's fine, I think colleges care more about the score than the %, they have so much to think about when looking at your app, they're not going to concentrate on the curve of every single test you took. I got a 760 and did fine in college admissions.</p>

<p>790 is just not good enough! Push yourself harder. Study for hours and hours. Take a prep course if you can. An 800 will guarantee admission to the school of your choice. ; )</p>

<p>anything above 720 should never be retaken. seriously. ppl would love to have anything about 700+</p>

<p>750 on chinese lol is about 47% percent. I would definitely retake chinese/korean if I got 750. It's lower than the mean score!!!</p>
