for some reason no matter how much i sleep im still exhausted in the mornings. i guess im just not a morning person. over the summer id never be fully energetic until about 9pm (after waking up at 1).

6-7 usually. AP Chem next day: 5

I get what I can from procrastination, and what I usually get are borderline A's. Hell, I'm procrastinating right now.

I'm the same way. No matter what I do, when that alarm clock rings i'm groggy and want to just lay there. I envy people who just get up and are up. It runs in my family, all my uncles get up at like 5a.m so maybe it'll kick in when i'm older.

9 hours...thats funny..
im waiting for the rebutt to kirkybobs comment to the homeschooled kid...

ARE YOU SERIOUS?

I swear it's impossible. I'm usually asleep by midnight, up at 6:15. So...six. When I'm really stressed and I study a lot, more like 4. Sometimes I get lucky and I get like 8....

If I'm lucky I'll get 6 hours of sleep. On the weekends I get that much or less, because of how late I come home on Friday's and Saturday's.

i get 6-8 but im still sleepy
on weekends i get 12-14 and thats when i function so well

No, my "mommy" doesn't teach me.

And neither of my parents assign my grades - an accredited public school teacher does, because I'm in an independant study charter school.

I usually get 7 or so. What's really sad is I physically can't sleep more than 8 hours even when I do have time.

In my junior year I was lucky to get 5 or 6. Senior year, I sleep 7 hours daily.

Ugh. I've been averaging 4-5 hours a night lately.

Part of my problem is that when I'm tired, I'm really easily distracted...so homework takes a lot longer. It's a vicious cycle. I figure once this week (and possibly next week) is over, life will be a lot easier.
