a below average student is in need of chancing

My unweighted GPA is 3.08
My weighted GPA is 3.2 (including two community college classes)
My SAT I is 1870 (560-CR, 710-M, 600-W)
My SAT II Math Level 2 is 740
My SAT II Physics is 600

I come from a very competitive high school.
Like imagine hard, now think even harder than that

I have a black belt in martial arts and 250+hours of community service
I am an officer of a community service club and will probably end up having average essays.

Can you tell me what my chances are for these colleges:
* I am interested in engineering

UC Santa Cruz
UC Santa Barbara
UC Merced
UC Riverside
UC Irvine
Purdue
Penn State
University of Washington
Cal Poly SLO
San Diego State
University of Colorado, Boulder
University of Wisconsin, Madison

Also if you can tell me any other good engineering schools I can get into with my stats, that would be great.
Thanks a lot

I am applying to some of the same schools for engineering and I think it will be more difficult to get in because most of the CA schools have impacted engineering majors. You should get into Riverside and Merced, maybe SDSU…
SLO and Santa Barbara will be a reach. Have you considered Cal Poly Pomona? I think it’s a bit easier to get into than SLO. I’m not sure about Irvine. I’m applying there too and I just don’t know. Good luck to you though!!
