a C?! will it hurt me?

hi…

i was just curious if anybody knows how big of an impact a C will really make on my transcript…it is an honors class, but will good colleges look down upon it?

<p>yes they do. sorry. but its not something that cant be made up for. EC stands for "extra credit".</p>

<p>i would be lying if i told you a C wouldn't hurt you, but if you brought it up to an A or if you have some explanation then it probably won't hurt you that much</p>

<p>A C will not be too detrimental to your application hollistically, so I wouldn't worry about it very much.</p>

<p>thanks guys.. i was just wondering..i mean, im not brillant, but i do work hard and get really good grades..im not shooting for any ives or dukes/stanfords..im just hoping to get accepted to a nice school w/ good education where ill be happy</p>
