A C...

Will having a C on my junior year grades (physics), completely ruin my chances at Michigan? I've tried everything to raise my grade up including study groups, going in for help, reading physics books at the bookstores (any good suggestions would be appreciated) but after today's test, the chances of me getting any higher than a C seem very slim. I'm still going to do everything I can to get that B, but if I don't, are my chances pretty much ruined?

It is hard to tell. Do you intend to apply to the college of Engineering? If so, I would say getting a C in Physics will definitely hurt your chances. But if you are applying to the college of LSA and your unweighed GPA is over 3.6 and your ACT is over 28 and or your SAT over 1300, you are still is decent shape.
