They think that just because they change one letter in their school name they can confuse people and steal the spotlight from Wake Forest. I for one will not stand for this. Send them an e-mail and let them know it isn't working and will never work. Just kidding.

WHOA....stop hatin on Chi-town 'burbs! At least Lake Forest is named after the town that its in!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I dont actually like that school, I do like Wake, and I dont actually live in Chicago anymore....so I had no real reason for this post....BUT NEITHER DID YOU!)

Haha...one of my friends passed the town of Wake Forest on his way home from another college visit and said "Hey...let's go visit Wake Forest" and was quite confused when it wasn't there.

To make matters more confusing, I believe, and I could be wrong about this, that for many years after the medical school and undergraduate schools moved to Winston (medical school first, undergrad followed in 1957 (?) I think, and I don't know if the law and business schools were founded before the school moved), the Wake Divinity School was still in Wake Forest, NC. Now, the divinity school is on campus, but there is another group that uses the old Wake Forest Divinity School buildings as their divinity school.
