Wake forest!!!

After months of complications I have decided to go to Wake Forest.
I posted earlier weeks back about the mess I got myself into and my naiveity(made-up word)
One thing I've learned is that Emory is the worst place for me
They were snobs, rude, disrespectful and uncaring after all the interest I had shown in them and then the predicament I told them I had gotten into.
Wake Forest on the other hand gave me a helping hand through my mistakes and I could not have been accepted to a better college.
There is no doubt that through my mistake in applications last year that Wake is where I feel perfect at.
They have already shown me generosity, compassion and much more.
I can't believe it took me so long to see Wake Forest for why I loved it since I was a kid.
I have finally found my second home!

GO DEACONS!!!!!

Hey, I'm applying to both Wake and Emory.

And I can tell you that Emory isn't snobby. Emory may be nerdier than Wake, but that's about it. They're both great schools.

And don't forget about Emory's diversity, something that white bread Wake (lulz) doesn't have.

But I am no means bashing Wake. Like I said, I'm applying to Wake as well. I just think you're taking one bad experience and then associating that with the entire Emory faculty. And since you seem to have found your perfect fit, congrats!

My take on one major difference between Emory and Wake. I took D1 to Emory for a tour a few years back and asked the student tour guide why he chose to go there. "Because I didn't get into Columbia," he said. That's probably a pretty typical reason for Emory students. I think the same question at Wake would get you a soliloquy on the wonders of being a Demon Deacon.
