A couple quick questions

1.) How exactly does Fordham calculate the GPA? Is it 10-12, only core classes, all classes (including arts)?

2.) If our semester ends 1/24, meaning that we get report cards by 2/3, will my grades be there in time assuming that I send them as quickly as possible?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Your first semester senior year grades are important. Regular decision notices are sent out in late march, though some get "likely" letters or emails in advance of that. My D did. A lot of schools have late semesters and grades. Just make sure your school registrar sends out your grades to your schools as quickly as possible, and you will be fine. If your gpa and scores put you on the bubble it becomes more important to get outstanding grades this semester. And of course, your end of year grades are also important.

There is a true story of a kid who got into UNC-Chapel Hill. He goofed off second semester senior year....as in skipping classes and getting d's and f's. UNC revoked his offer of admission. He sued saying their acceptance was a contract. He lost in court. The moral is: all offers of admission are CONTINGENT on maintaining your grades senior year...all the way through high school graduation.
