<p>My transcript was mailed on 10/27 but wasn't entered into the online status check until this wednesday (12/8). I just checked to day and got the message:</p>

A decision was made on Wednesday, December 10, 2008. An official letter was mailed to you. Admission decisions are not provided over the telephone. Decision letters are mailed to applicants and typically take 7-10 business days to receive.</p>
<p>I'm a little worried because it only took them two days to decide on my application. Is this good or bad? MSU is my top choice but im scared i won't get in because i am OOS.

<p>Don't worry about it, same thing happened to me - It was awaiting transcript for quite a while (I guess it takes them a long time to process them once they arrive) and it switched to "arrived" on a Friday and said a decision had been made by the next Monday, I got in (also out of state).
Your stats look good, you should get in - are you applying to Lyman Briggs?</p>

<p>that's how long it took for mine once my transcripts got in. needless to say, i was accepted. so it could possibly go both ways.</p>
<p>Lightening- I guess I'm just worrying myself. I don't know what to expect.</p>
