A few questions for upperclassmen...

1.) I'm going up on the 21st (Monday) and I'm on West Campus (in Becker Hall). I remember that on North campus they were very picky about what type of vehicle students are allowed to use on move-in day. But, I have a smaller vehicle than last year and will most likely be using a small trailer-type pull-behind wagon to fit the extras. Does anyone think this would be a problem? I think that most people will already be moved in by the 21st, so they might not be as strict.

2.) How easy is moving in to Becker and Cook? Do you have to unload from far away?

3.) Does anyone know the dimensions of their bed? Anyone in Becker House that is at CU already and could give me a quick LxW measurement would be very helpful. However, any measurement would do. I just bought a mattress pad but I think it may be too short. Seeing as I'll be strapped for space, I'd like to know ahead of time if it will fit or not.

Thanks in advance guys.

I really need some opinions guys (especially on #1) so I know if what I'm bringing to check-in is allowed.

Since there were no restrictions on vehicles for Saturday on North, I wouldn't think that there would be restrictions Monday on West.

I also want to say that this move in -- of a freshman to Townhouses on North -- was so much easier that i could have imagined. Everyone was SO nice and went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

This extends to the people of Ithaca -- we had a car break down dead in the water in front of the main entrance to Target. Just about everyone passing by stopped to offer assistance. What a nice town!
