If you are going away to college and are planning on picking up drinking.. great. But its always apparent the people that are doing that.. please don't talk about drinking and partying all the time or how often you do it... because that is very annoying to the people who drink a lot and the people who don't.

Oh My God Dude, I Drink Like Seven Days A Week And Go To Class Hungover... But Yesterday, Yesterday I Was So Trashed--I Totally Have No Idea What Even Happened, But Like God I Drank So Much Like Just Beer Bong After Beer Bong And Then Flip Clup Then Beer Pong Then Shots. And This One Chick Was Totally Into Me But I Lost Track Of Her, Too Bad Cuz I Would Had Totally Been Able To Bone Her Dude And Then I Blacked Out. God What A Night, That Was Legendary.

hahaha claro!

This information is also useful to those who are asking themselves, "Do I have to drink? Will people think worse of me?"

People only think worse of you when you try to be someone you're not, like "talk[ing] about drinking and partying all the time or how often you do it."

brah, 151 last night brah, nuff said

"hahaha claro"
you know your from Miami when your Hispanic side comes out in a public forum.

suele suceder jajaja

There was this guy who could only talk about smoking weed 24/7. When it wasn't that, it was sex/drinking. I really wanted to punch him in the face and tell him to shut the **** up.

lol least when they actually do weed 24/7 they actually get quiet. hahaha but they were always talking about how great pot was and stuff i was like **** pleassee i dont carrreee

its like they discovered the fountain of youth.

I had a girl down the hall that tried to reinvent herself and make up these stories about her life. She also liked to brag about herself and Long Island...

long island ice tea? theyre delicious.
btw shocka i like your name.
2 in the...1 in the...... shocka!!!

1 reason not to pretend.. you will think you can handle much more than you acutally can at your first party and will be sorely disappointed and embarrased. some advice if you want to start drinking and you dont. try it out over the summer counting your drinks and see what point is too far for you. i figured that all out in HS so once i got to college i could relax and know how to keep myself under control. of course sometimes its inevitable that you got a little crazy..

but please no dont go on and on about how great whereever you are from is. or how hard you partied (if you didnt) and how you barely studied in HS. i mean if its true, awesome but a lot of people worked hard. and DONT make up stories. truth can and will come out eventually.. expecially if you ever bring home friends to meet your family and old friends

haha. I agree. I had to sit next to a freshman at a dinner party two months ago (I was a graduating senior) and I couldn't figure out why everyone kept talking about frats, drinking, and bars until I realize it was the freshman who was controlling the conversation topics between us and 5 other upperclassmen (we all eventually ignored him).

It was SO annoying. I wish he'd shut up and tell us about other things besides alcohol at his college like...his clubs? Classes? People? People understand if you come from a strict family and it's your first chance at independence so admit the truth. We're all still young and learning from our mistakes.

Haha thanks lethargytm. Ironically, I had used names like "shockaslim" before I knew what "the shocker" was. Case in point, one time I went to play laser tag and tried to use that name...only for them to tell me that "shocka" was inappropriate. Now I just use Sugaslim for everthing else if i have to.

^^^ I'd keep those words to a minimum in public... :P
