<p>S got an e-mail from one engineering department kind of recruiting him to that department, since he applied as an undecided engineering major. No where did thay say that he was admitted in the emial but was a strong recruitment. Has anybody recieved this kind of e-mail? and does it mean anything at all?????</p>
