A new ece major student needs your help!!

I am a new transfer student from a CC and my major is electrical engineering under ECE department.

So basicaly is there a lot of upper division classes i need to take? I am not able to take these lower division classes such as ECE15 ECE 30 ECE45 ECE60.....etc in a community college. so i will have to take all these premajor lower division classes in UCSD.
I HEARD THAT THESE CLASSES ARE NOT OFFERD EVERY QUATER?! for example ece60 only offers in fall or ece 30 only offers in winter, IS THAT TRUE??? so if i wanna take ece 60 now and it only offers in spring, i will have to wait for a year since they dont offer it every single quater?

ALSO wat kind of e.elective classes i need to take and wat is depth classes in detail?

THXXX!!!

go to your department’s website to print out the class requirements for your major as well as get the information about electives.

not every class is offered every quarter; the ucsd course catalog will tell you which quarters will offer which classes.

wat? that realllly sucks!!!

so i have to wait for my classes appears for maybe a quarter or even 2 quarters? BXXXX

Plan ahead and don’t fail any classes. That way you’ll be fine.
