Hey everyone.

I was having a look at collegeboard.com's college search thing, and I discovered that some schools on my list require 2 years of history and 2 of foreign language.

My school here in Pakistan does the british system of O-levels and A-levels, so at the beginning of 9th grade you had to pick a "group" of subjects and stick with them. I picked the engineering group for O levels, of which the core subjects were chemistry, biology, physics, mathematics, english language, and pure mathematics. The optional subjects were computing and economics, so I took both. However, in my group, there was no option of history or foreign language.

Will that be a problem for me? Since I'm a US citizen I don't think I count as an international student, really, but I might in some aspects on my application. Will my lack of foreign language and history hurt my applications?
