A question about pre-reqs and foreign language requirement?

Hi. I've recently decided to change my major to philosophy. I've found that I can comfortably complete three prerequisites before the fall that I apply to transfer(I'll be applying to UCLA and some other schools). What I'm wondering is if UCLA and/or other schools are concerned when students apply to transfer and still have a class(es) to complete in the Fall semester that they apply. I'll likely have one class left for my major to complete and Ill be able to complete it by the end of Fall. Should I be worried? Should I find a way to complete these classes before Fall?

Also, with regard to the foreign language requirement, is it OK to take that class in the spring semester after applying? And in general, is it ok to complete the last few IGETC requirements by Spring? Thanks in advance.

they see your fall grades so it won’t matter.

you should worry more about figuring out which schools you are applying to because the prereqs differ a lot.
