A question I have

I live in Korea and I am currently being home schooled because most of the international schools are full and the ones that are not are just really bad and some are just too expensive for my parents to afford...
I will be moving to the US in the winter so i am probably going to have to join in the middle of the semester
Im in the 9th grade (10th this fall) all my grades are B's with a few A's not really the best start for me.
I am currently slowly studying for AP Macro & Micro Eco. and Psychology. Hopefully I can get a 4. I also plan to take the PSAT and SAT
I dont know how I can get some EC's because I am home schooled.
For half of 9th grade i was in a Band and the School newspaper (does this even matter?)
I am also a US citizen
So what are my chances of getting into a UC?

0%. I don’t think colleges accept students who have only completed one year of high school.

Consider living life and having a good time in high school for a 2-3 years and maybe we’ll have the answer to all of your questions (and more!) when you return.

I mean if i just went at the pace i am going now would i be able to make it to a UC? if not what could i do better?

sry if this is the wrong place to post this =</p>

How many EC’s should i try and to do in the 2 and a half years i have left until college if i am aiming for UC?
