A really confused person asking about Common App? needs help, please!

<p>So, I'm totally confused about registering for the Common App.
My Permanent address is in the U.S., so i put that and the city, state, and zip code.
I put USA as my country, but i put a number outside the US as my phone number (because i don't live in america atm, but i have an address there with a forwarding service).</p>

<p>They basically rejected it, and said my phone number isn't in the right format (since i did an international phone number).</p>

<p>What do I do? Do I still use my US number and put United Arab Emirates (where i'm living atm) as my country and phone number?</p>

<p>I don't really have an option, because I have a P.O box as an address here, and that's not accepted as a Permanent Address.

<p>1- you could leave the phone number blank
3- use a friend’s number in the US !
2- since you are getting a forwarding address service, the same company could probably provide a phone number forwarding service (US number linked to your current number). If not there are many companies doing that</p>
