a tad nervous

so i think i have established, through my numersou posts, that my school is - for the most part - irresponsible, unorganized, and inadequate when it comes to the super competitive admissions process and almost everything else except wasting time and reinforcing bad behavior(though the ratio of good teachers to bad teachers has improved dramatically over the past two years - a little too late since my school is being draineed of kids and will probably be closed within a few years). ANYWAYS (i always have to rant a bit when talking about my school) somebody i know who is applying to colleges this year told me about a situation with our GC which kinda freaked me out:
She's applying/applied to University of Arizona. Anywayas shee submitted her application and a month+a few weeeks ago she told my guidance counselor to submit her school report. the gc told her she's almost done and will send it out in a few days. two days ago, this girl got an email from U of A that they still hadnt received the secondary school report. needless to say she freaked.
so i know this is kinda in advance cuz im a junior but still, this greatly concerns me cuz i really want to apply EA to U of Chicago next year but if my GC is really bad about deadlines who knows if i'll successfully apply EA? advice on hoe to make sure this does not happen to me!
thanks to all who respond.

Just hound the crap out of your GC until it is sent off.

i will be glad to. :p g-d she's such a moron.

Talk to the principal in a rational tone about it (don't rant).

i would like to take the advice of the above poster but whenever i ave told someone in m administration about something that's going on they say they are concerned but never follow up. such is the state of my school's admin. maybe i ll try dn get the girl to talk to the principal but even then he/she will probably forget about within a day or two.
