If you randomly bumped into a CCer in real life, do you think you would know that they were on CC? If so, how?
"Oh yeah... since you're so informed about college... are you on CC? Hey, aren't you [insert username here] from HSL?"
Because now that I put some thought into it, I think it would be totally possible, especially when people go to the same college.

1 post clicks -__-

I don’t think I would recognize anyone. And I don’t think anyone would recognize me.

^ Some people have pretty, um, distinct personalities on HSL though? But I’m not sure they’d be like that in reality.
Not sure how recognizable I’d be.

Haha I think I would be able to pick out Jozhekryx…thats about it though lol.

Yes haha, for some reason CC’ers tend to have this “I KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT COLLEGES” sort of feel. Of course, you could only recognize like the ones who post non-stop (i would assume).

^so true lol, the ones who are always on and the really unique ones lol.

^^ Haha I don’t really speak of colleges with people. But when I start… well I tend to be better informed than my peers.

Colleges to people here are a quiet thing.

Only maybe 2 teachers know where i want to go.

I wonder if I’ve ever seen Poseur irl unknowingly…

idk if there was anything HSLerish about our Harvard CCer Extravaganza. It seemed pretty normal I guess.

Also, there was this one time I was outed as a CC addict. It was molto awkward

Here’s the easy way to spot me.

I’m the only black guy that’ll sit by a plethora of IB girls, a few that are asian.

lol no one would ever recognize me I am totally different on here than I am in real life

Come out come out wherever you are.
Except I should probably replace the “come out” with “log off”

It was really like coming out.

^ LOL I can imagine. Well actually no I can’t… since I never had to come out.

“If you randomly bumped into a CCer in real life, do you think you would know that they were on CC? If so, how?”

Yep, because the person uses his real name (a very unusual one) as his CC username :D.

Wait - who did you bump into that wasn’t at our thingy??

If I told everyone on HSL what color I am going to dye my hair.
And then I met someone.
I think they could recognize me.

^Depends on the color I guess, and whether you introduce yourself as someone from “a land of 40 million sheep”…

^^I don’t think he would appreciate it if I post his real name on CC again, but anyway, I actually thought he was coming but then he left school for Thanksgiving :(.

^But apparently my accent is very obvious? People are like “I know it I know it you are a little New Zealander”
