<p>So... I fell asleep before I could submit my Common Application to Penn. My mom woke me up around 1:00 am and I submitted all the components at 1:30.</p>
<p>Since I was able to submit everything, do you guys think that Penn will still accept my application? The anxiety is almost killing me right now...</p>

<p>Yeah, I personally think it's a loose deadline. Just do it that night.</p>
<p>The only school I've seen totally adamant was my state school.</p>
<p>don't worry, you'll be ok. the undergrad admissions offices (of any college) are usually very understanding. if you're still nervous about the status of your application, you can e-mail them an apology letter and see their response. it'll probaby be a positive one. :)</p>
<p>They'll take it-- they (and other schools) were really, really generous with me last year. I figure they want as many apps as they can get!</p>

<p>Penn still haven't downloaded my application... does this mean they aren't being quite so lenient this year?</p>
<p>^looking at my "downloads," and the time they occur, i think most schools regularly download apps at midnight every night. so wait until tonight to see..</p>
