Did anyone see this show last night?

Yes. I caught the last half hour, and for the competition for the scholarship involving literature, I felt that the questions were absurdly easy. Except for the one about who wrote Gone With the Wind, I'll admit, because I was so mad at myself for not knowing.

The brain teasers weren't terribly difficult either. The second one is a such a classic that I'm surprised that none of them knew how to do it.

Will they have a repeat? I missed it. I forgot the show would air on the sixth. I'm curious to see how the show is?

Yeah, is there any repeat of the premiere?

I only saw the last 20 min, i really don't think there is any repeat

are they very smart at all?

the show was horrible so don't worry that you didn't see it.

I agree, the show was weird. The students were all so stereotypical. Also, the things they had to do for that little race thing and then the literature competition...PSHH. That was a bunch of BS. I mean, that girl won $50,000 for knowing like three or four questions about basic high school literature. *** is that all about? I wish someone would give me $50k just for knowing a bunch of BS like that. Seriously.

Also, that Davis fellow is SATAN. I really dislike him and his arrogance. He probably doesn't even need the scholarship, anyway.

So the rest are up for the 240,000 scholarship? And by reading their info, there are so many ppl out there who are so much better.

All of them are still up for the $240k scholarship. That girl who won the $50k scholarship has that no matter what the outcome of the show is. She's still in the running.

And yes, I agree. There are tons of people who deserve it more than those people on that show.

What do you mean korey and honneybunny?

Although some of the challenge questions seem really easy, it's still interesting to watch. I think it'd be really fun to actually be on the show!

My thought is that if all of these kids are so smart and so gifted and represent the best and so on, how come they either couldn't find a scholarship on their own and win it, or how they didn't have the ambition to go out and find a scholarship b/c they are too lazy. I'm not saying its easy to get a scholarship, im just saying that if these kids are "the best" and they get great grades and community service, how could they not have already gotten scholarships.

It'd be really funny if the winner ended up going to their state school where they probably would have already gotten a full scholarship.

Some people seem to have some questions. Could they clarify what they don't understand?
