I'm 21 year old student from Russia, and I want to apply next year (2011-1012 acad. year) to one of universities of hong kong(HKU, HKUST, or Chineese UHK) as undergraduate student. I've already had one bachelors degree with honour, with average 98.~ (from 100 possible) and now I studying at masters program in applied math, but I don't want to complete it(in 2011).

Have anyone have information about admission statistics for international students at those universities?? What do you think about my chances ??

email the officers and ask.
Better not to worry about admission rates. You see it never harms to get a try!
But you have to demonstrate your proficiency in English, and maybe in Chinese, when you apply.

I studied abroad at HKU during undergrad, and IIRC, degree-taking students do need to demonstrate proficiency in both English and Chinese in order to graduate. I’m not sure exactly what that entails, but you should make sure if 1) this is still a requirement 2) if it applies to internationals and 3) what the standard for proficiency is

Out of those 3 universities you mentioned in Hong Kong, the most competitive one is HKU by far. The other ones should be slightly easier to get into.

for applying, you need to show your english skill; however for living here, i suggest you to learn some cantonese and chinese english accent…
good luck! once i visited HKU, I tought HKU has really good atmosphere~ good luck
