I asked the admissions rep at pomona (called them) to ask if the dates are postmark dates or real due dates. She told me to wait and then she asked someone else about the matter. I waited and then she told me those were due-at-the-institution dates. Also, she then asked me if I have sent my application. I said no. Then she said Yeah those were real due dates. My guess from the second question was, the dates would have been a postmark date had I said it was a supplement (E.g. audio tapes for the arts supplement). What do you guys think???

I forgot my to send SAT scores until today. Should I use rush reporting for that???

and finally, for the audio tape recording, I have played the violin for almost ten years now, and because the 10 minute time limit, I think I have to cut the 1st movement (Mendelssohn's Concerto in E) out at the cadenza. Do you guys think this is okay???

I'd say the same thing about SAT scores. If you are really unsure, then call the admissions office and ask for yourself about the SAT scores. If you are really unsure, though, then I would go ahead and rush report.

I emailed them and they told me that I could take the January SATs and I would be fine, so I think you dont have to rush them if you took the December date.

But if you are using the online submission of the application, it would be totally fine to submit it on like the 31st right? Because that would be before the 1/2 date..... I guess I'm kinda confused since I'm used to postmark dates, but it wouldn't matter for online, right?
