you'll be offered a contract when you pay your enrollmet deposit

infact i have already payed the enrollment deposit . so when will i get notified do u have any idea .n i will be notified email or in the UT EID thing.

poisonedapple-- are you talking about the 50 dollar application fee or the 200 dollar enrollment fee? Cuz you're supposed to be offered a contract as soon as they get that 200 dollars. Did you check on line??

i have already paid both $50 housing application fee and the enrollment deposit of $200.I havent yet recieved anything online or in email . do u think i should contact someone in UT.do u know anything about this delay.

my friend did the same and he hasn't received anything yet, either.

You guys are forgetting something. You don't get a contract right away. It depends on when you paid the $50 for your application. Since you just recently turned that in you're in a long list waiting for a contract. Look at the the housing thread.

And stuff also takes time to "process"... processing can take a couple of days, I think.

Contract offers are supposed to be sent in end of June to beginning of July

In the meantime, PLEASE check out the other housing options in Austin - private dorms, coops, apartments. UT does not have anywhere near enough dorm rooms for its enrollment. If you are female, I highly recommend Scottish Rite Dormitory.

I know that we sent in the 50 dollars last year. I think in October. So maybe that's why they called me on the same day that I paid the enrollment deposit.

I was trying to put off sending the enrollment deposit till d was sure but I was getting nervous about her having a place to stay so I went ahead and sent in the money. Her other two university choices guarantee freshman a room.

Texas A&M has enough dorms for everyone. UT is only meant for the freshman mostly I think.

Anytime from April to AUGUST... is what they said on the phone

I think the August part is for people that canceled their contracts to move into apartments near the start of the school year.
