Does doing well in the beginning of the senior year important? I have many ******** classes and don't really want to do very good in it ESPECIALLY AP LITERATURE... So do the admissions of colleges look at senior year or just junior to freshman? thanks

A lot of private schools look at your grades all the way through the first semester of senior year.

Doing well in senior year first semester is extremely important, since those will be on your RD app before the decision.

Once you get your decision, it’s not as important, but you can’t let your grades suddenly tank.

If your senior year first semester GPA drops significantly from that of your junior year, you’re going to have a tough time with admissions. Downward trends are not good.

Ok I see, so far for 9th grade i had 3.67 overall, 10th 3.5 overall, and 11th 3.3 overall… But if u look at the details I did pretty bad in some classes but my easier classes offset so my gpas are kinda ok… hoping for the best

yes its very important

yes i am also agree its so important

Some colleges don’t even look at your senior year for admission. For instance, the florida universities don’t even require that you send them. They just check up on you to make sure you’re maintaining good grades.

Yes, it is. They will look at it one way or the other, and could rescind your admission based on that after you are accepted.
