<p>I got about 260 (CBT) with a essay ranging from 5 to 6... my mom insists me to take the test over, but is it really necessary?? I personally also want above 290 but is my score ok enough or will it do harm on my app?? really confused.. another $140 (in god damn Russia) or having the minimum score.. advise plz!!!</p>
<p>250 is what most schools expect. no point in taking another time. it's teh least important thing in your app.</p>

<p>140$ is a big money for post USSR countries and for most universities 250 is enough. i advise you to save your money for SATs. you can take SAT for 3 times. from which part of Russia you are applying?</p>
<p>i might take the test in either Seoul or Moscow..</p>
