i was very intrigued by your rigourous course load as a senior and your outstanding gpa. however i want to ask you a simple question, is all of this worth transferring to another school? is this school going to provide you with the same academics as your current school. i would ponder long and hard about this question before making any outrageous decisions also, if you dont cheat again they cant kick you out it’s very simple. kind of sucks that you got yourself into this mess because you seem like an intellegant human being.

Ugh, I am now nervous for you. You are living in the land of volatility and unreason, according to your experience. What happens if you are unjustly accused of an expellable infraction?

Transfer–you have done rigor enough in your high school courseload, and I am sure that your local public school has some rigor (AP, Honors) to offer as well.

Also, public high schools have a higher acceptance rate to private colleges/universities. I think you can google this–it was from an article in the Wall Street Journal.

Really, you make it sound as though the loonies are running your asylum of a school. Sheesh! Gives me new appreciation for my daughter’s rigorous, prep school–they are very loving and fair-minded, there.

Seems like you may know, already, that you should transfer.

Good luck!

N.B. True enough that many kids transfer from their high schools (private and public) at any point of their high school career.
