I have been dismissed from the school then raised my grades. But this Fall, I received two F's, a C+, and a B- and facing dismissal again. Will I be dismissed again? I am feeling very depressed about this.

I think the answer to this question is based on your college. I know CNAS rule is when you get two consecutive STD (subject to dismissal) then you will be removed from your college (so one chance to make up your grade if you are already on STD). And from what i heard, CHASS rule is you get three consecutive STD then you will be removed from your college (so two chances to make up). But such rule might have changed. As long as you are not removed from the school, then start working your ass off and bring up that grade

I am currently in CHASS and extremely worried. If I am dismissed again, then I will no options left.

I think you will have another chance to raise your grade before being removed from your college. But make an appointment with your academic adviser ASAP and tell him/her of your situation. This is a serious issue and must be handled right away. Best the luck to you and if you have another chance then BRING YOUR GRADE UP

I think the real question is if youre ready for college. It might help to drop out and attend community college for a bit. This way you’ll be able to, take things at you’re own pace. Plus if you keep failing classes you’ll have to take extra, expensive quarters . This is something you want to talk to your family about, but if I was struggling in school I’d want to at least take some time off.
