I think I might be academically dismissed, help!

<p>So I'm a senior and I got 2.6 GPA Winter 2012 which dropped to a 1.1 GPA in Spring 2012, I was immediately put on Subject to Dismissal, then I took summer classes which I got a 2.6. Thought I was out of the woods because of that.</p>

<p>When I tried to S/NC a class this quarter, they told me I am still on subject to dismissal and that I can't. Because of that, I got a 1.7 GPA. Now on my GROWL it says I am "continued on S.T.D."</p>

<p>Does that mean I will get a letter of academic dismissal or do I get another quarter? I swear I will live in the library if I get another chance T_____T I belong in CHASS by the way.</p>

<p>check out the guidelines for your specific major. The info is listed by the department (CHASS, etc)</p>

<p>Talk to your counselor immediately. You may be able to be delay the STD if you have extenuating circumstances.</p>

<p>I dont get how you dont have over 2.0 right now. If you got 2.6, 1.1, and 2.6 respectively and took half the number of units in summer as you did in winter and spring, you should have a 2.0.</p>
