Here is the situation.
After graduating from high school, I enrolled a hospitality university in Dubai for a trimester, and then I withdrew from that hospitality school and enrolled a Cali CC. Now I apply for UC as a fall 2018 transfer from Cali CC, and I also apply for TAG.
I just got my transcript of the hospitality university yesterday, and my grades are b,b,b-,b+ and C+. The gpa of that trimester is 2.87. Those courses are definitely not transferable to UC.
I want to know whether this grade will influence my application or not. Will UC focus on this grade or take this grade as the criterion for admission selection? Or they just focus on my Cali CC grade. If I want to do the academic renewal for my grade of hospitality school, I need to ask that school right?
My current GPA in Cali CC is 4.0, and my major is not hospitality anymore. I don’t want the grade in hospitality school to influence my application.
