<p>Hello, I received the acceptance packet a few days after USC mailed the packets to those who applied by the scholarship consideration deadline. I was accepted into my first choice major, but there was no mention of any scholarship. I am an international student and I would like to know if there are cases when USC accepts a student in January but doesn't give out any scholarship.
