<p>For anyone who was invited (with all expenses, incl. flight, covered) to WashU during Discovery Weekend: have you received a likely letter?</p>
<p>I, myself, attended Discovery Weekend at Washu and fell in love with the school. To think that WashU cajoled us into applying to WashU with such enthusiasm, only to reject us months later, really makes me angry.</p>
<p>i applied ED and was accepted and was in attendence at Discovery Weekend on their dime. I think that if they were willing to pay for you you stand a decent chance.</p>

<p>I was invited but I didn't go, and I was still accepted. You haven't been rejected at all. The official notification date isn't here yet.</p>
<p>My son has got a early notification letter. He also attended Discovery Weekend, paid everything by WUSTL.</p>

<p>I went to Discovery Weekend and I'm a finalist for Ervin, same for one other kid from my school.</p>
<p>I also attended Discovery Weekend and got an ED Ervin.</p>
