Accepted at Lincoln Center

Hi everyone! I was accepted to Fordham's LC campus a few days ago. I've read a lot of information about the Rose Hill campus and the Bronx posted by CCers on other threads, but I was wondering if anyone had any insight to life at LC? The RH campus obviously has the more traditional college feel, with a couple different residence halls and a bigger campus. I know LC is smaller- but how, if at all, does this affect student life and the sense of community?

I am also curious about the housing situation at LC. I was offered university housing for the first year, but I know that there is only limited available space. Is there a department within the university to assist in finding off-campus housing for coming years if university housing is unavailable?

Thanks in advance for any information or opinions at all- they're greatly appreciated!

housing is guaranteed for all 4 years. really nice suites. It is small so there is the opportunity for community if you involve yourself. It's a great campus

It was my first college visit ever and I loved how it was presented. Although its not your traditional campus, it is gorgeous and small. I wanted to dorm and a traditional campus hence me applying to Rose Hill but for anyone who isn't from the city LC is perfect. I prefer it over NYU anyday. The dorms are amazing, the people were very friendly, and the classrooms are nice. Hope I helped a bit. =)

Thank you so much Kr123 and tatiana! I actually did just find on the Fordham website a few days ago where it says that if you receive an offer of university housing with your admission then housing is guaranteed for all four years- very cool! And it is wonderful to hear that the students are friendly and there is at least a sense of community from people wh ohave actually been there. I can't wait to visit in the spring!
Thanks again!
