I recently got accepted to uc irvine and on the student portal it says my major is undecided/undeclared. and for the college it says College of Undergraduate Admission. I applied as a Engineering Undeclared so why doesnt it say that? Anyone else having that problem?

thank you. i called admissions and they said that they dont accept by major, and that for some reason they couldnt give me my major of engineering undeclared
