ACCEPTED!!! Now what...

Any early decision accepted applicants from previous years care to share?

Most important, what about financial aid (mid-December, but a specific date?)

And other stuff (classes, housing, roommates) I believe comes much later on after regular decision results come out?

Thank you (:

There is nothing to do until regular decisions come out, except one contract/deposit if I remember correctly. Try not to slack off too much but have fun :)

I have the same questions as oranges92! :D

Not sure about ED, but I would think it would be the same as RD, in that your FA will come in your admit packet, assuming you turned in all your stuff. I could be wrong though.

However, for classes, housing, roommates, and pretty much everything else, you’ll wait until April/May to start filling stuff out (same time as RD) and then over the summer you’ll get your housing assignments and then pre-enroll for classes.

oh gosh roommates…I have been so occupied with getting in that I didn’t really think about the after stuff. I don’t know any freshman who’s going to Cornell. I hope I get a good roommate!

I’m pretty sure close to two-thirds of freshman get single dorms.

I second the question about the financial aid date.

Hone your beer pong skills for the next 8 months?

walk outside, smell the roses, and enjoy what youve been missing all those years/months because of college apps!

you…PARTY!!! Yes party for the next several months and do not worry about your grades no longer need to bust your ass

I wish I had applied ED…

what conditions do we have to meet in order to keep our acceptance? in terms of grades, GPA, etc?
