<p>One approach is to take all easy courses (like obscure language classes, etc), which will get you in but you'll waste a year. The other approach is to take all normal courses, which is harder, but will not waste time for your SEAS curriculum. Something more like the second one is recommended unless getting into Wharton is all you want to do.</p>
<p>flavian, the mere fact that most dual degree students take 5 or even 6 years to finish their required BAS (not even BSE) curriculum make me believe a lot of them choose the former - not necessarily "obscure language classes", but maybe AP classes that they took that are also one star classes in college.</p>
<p>wow dual degreeing...my tour guide (who was from seas) was like "if you want to have a life...don't get a dual degree"...so yeah i prob wont be shooting to get one</p>
